CONSIDERING that the approved charter of the SOIS WIR WG includes as one of its goals the specification of a wireless communication standard on RFID tag encoding for inventory management and control and sensing
  
and RECOGNISING that adequate resources for the start of the project has been granted by NASA (chair) FSA contributor
  
REQUESTS that the CCSDS Secretariat initiate a CMC poll for approval of the resources for the Project RFID Tag Encoding Standard For Space Applications as defined in the CWE framework.
