Description of Document	The detailed description of the Mission Planning and Scheduling Information Model, including the relations between the various data types by means of UML diagrams, was previously included in the draft Mission Operations--Mission Planning and Scheduling Services Blue Book. During CESG poll for release of the Red Book for Agencies Review, it was agreed to move this material into a separate Magenta Book.
Applicable Patents	There are no patent issues for this technology that are known by the CCSDS community
Patent Comments
Survey of Similar Standards Documents or Projects Undertaken in Other Bodies and elsewhere in CCSDS	This book will be in line with the Mission Planning and Scheduling Services Blue Book, for which it was already investigated that no similar standard is available. The current Magenta Book covers the same topic, and as such it can be stated that no similar standard is available.
