Description of Document	The SLP WG has been collecting updates to the version 1 Blue book and has accumulated a critical number of changes to warrant the release of a new version. These changes include to a great extent but are not limitied to: o limit the Frame Error Control Field options to CRC-16 (i.e. removing CRC-32 option), o clarify the way USLP interfaced to TC Coding Layer, o clarify options about USLP Truncated transfer Frames, o clarify applicability of COP-1 and COP-P, o clarify usage of AD and BD Frames when COP-1 is applied
Applicable Patents	There are no patent issues for this technology that are known by the CCSDS community
