Description of Document	Description and prototype implemenation of a cloud-based certification authority based on CCSDS Authentication Credentials (357.0-B). The cloud-based CA could be used as a means to provide cross-support credentials for CCSDS missions. We believe that this could be a Yellow Book (a la the cloud testing description). Or it could be an Orange Book (experimental) but its not intended to be a protocol as much as a description of an experimental system.
Applicable Patents	There are no patent issues for this technology that are known by the CCSDS community
