Description of Document	Defintions of events allowing for statement of events in different time systems (e.g, UTC, TAI, TCB, etc), useful for multiple areas of CCSDS. Includes classification of events, indication of uncertainty offsets, and generic extention mechanisms. Can be further restricted for specific CCSDS data standards, but has the benefit that these defintions trace back to one common definition. Initial work developed as result of coordination between MOIMS NAV, MOIM SMC, and CSS CSSM WGs.

Survey of Similar Standards Documents or Projects Undertaken in Other Bodies and elsewhere in CCSDS	There are several time systems/standards used by various applications world-wide, but none addresses a defintition for stating events that can be further dervied/stated for various CCSDS standards while offering useful data definitions/capabilities as indicated in the Decription of Document.
