Description of Document	This document provides a brief overview of spacecraft navigation and flight dynamics processes, as well as the definition of terms, definitions, and paradigms applicable to message exchange. The primary updates will be in the section of the document that describes the set of CCSDS Navigation Data Messages (move the PRM from In-progress=>Published; add: Re-Entry Data Message, Navigation Events Message; subtract Navigation Hardware Message, Spacecraft Maneuver Message).
