Description of Document	Provide an application layer reference architecture for MOIMS & SOIS, layered on the cross support architecture (SCCS-ADD) framework CCSDS 901.1-M-1. Work with members of existing MOIMS and SOIS WGs to develop a consistent set of views of current, and planned, services, interfaces, data objects, and protocols. Identify where the disparate MOIMS, SOIS, and other service overlap or intersect. Document all these relationships, in depth, and feed issues, gaps, and dis-connects back to the WGs. Green Book companion to Magenta Book.
