Survey of Similar Standards Documents or Projects Undertaken in Other Bodies and elsewhere in CCSDS	This is related to the RASIM Green Book that has been published and would provide the interoperable interface specifications for registry and repository services as well as patterns use of these functional objects to do SOA style interactions. SOA references exist, but they are either high level or they are very implementation / framework specific and not interoperable.
