Description of Document	This book is the update of the current DDOR operations Magenta Book. Along with a general review of teh book, two sections will be specifically addressed: 1) Procudere to be adopted to validate the validation process to be undertaken by an Agency that would like to offer Delta-DOR cross-support products. The book will adress both the procedure needed and the quantitative criterion for the achieved validation level, identifying pass/fail criteria for all the proposed validation steps/levels 2) The update of the service request needed to enable the Delta-DOR cross-support in order to reflect current practice by all Agencies is also needed
