Description of Document	When the following CCSDS Link Layer documents are due for their mandatory 5-year review. Note - the review of each document depends upon the last issue date. The document under current review is the Prox-1 Space Data Link protocol (the C&S WG is also reviewing the Sync and channel Prox-1 book.) The RF&Mod WG is reviewing simultaneously the prox-1 Physical layer.

Book Editor	NASA
Book Editor Resources	Heavy Technical work of reviewing and updating the document has taken place. Next effort involves resolving RIDs (anticipated to be around 10 or so) from the current agency review and making appropriate changes to document concurred by WG. Level of effort is .1 FTE from July 2012 to Nov 2013.
Prototype 1	Not Required
Prototype 1 Resources	NASA has already implemented Proximity-1 in CE 505 and Electra transceivers. This project is adding no new feature requiring prototypes.
