Description of Document	Review due within the 5 years cycle and in coordination with the Space Link Protocol WG, the introduction of TC Repeated Transmission is in progress. In addition the WG agreed to put into silver state PLOP-1 and recommend only PLOP-2 for new missions. ------------ This Recommendation contains specifications for synchronization and channel coding to be used by space missions on asynchronous communications links. These specifications correspond with those contained in Telecommand Part 1—Channel Service.
