Description of Document	Project is to update 413.0-G-1 in line with recent changes to 401.0-B-16 and move normative text from 413.0-G to 401.0-B (as attachments to 2.4.17A, 2.4.17B and 2.4.18). This 413.0 Green Book provides the background information for CCSDS recommendations 401(2.4.17A), 401(2.4.17B) and 401(2.4.18) addressing the use of bandwidth efficient modulations for spacecraft telemetry which were approved by the Management Council in June 2001. This document provides technical background information for the modulation techniques approved in the above mentioned recommendations, together with a description of their main performance characteristics for the applications covered by the recommendations.
