Description of Document	This is the second issue of the SANA Yellow Book. It contains minor updates for clarity and to align with the CCSDS Registry Management Policy document that is also proposed as part of the System Architecture WG program of work. \n This document describes the policies for overall SANA operations, the other document includes specific core registry management policies and procedures (q.v.).
