Description of Document
It defines a recommendation for formation of generalized data by using data which are received down from diverse channels (e.g. same spacecraft or launcher data multiple times on different channels). The correlated and corrupted data are combined at bit/symbol/frame level via frame synchronization techniques.The noisy copies can then be compared and combined to build an error-free output. It also defines the possibilities which are allowed to improve the data reliability by using principles of diverse reception.
