Description of Document	Issue 2 of CCSDS 122.0-B "Image Data Compression." Extends the standard as needed to support a one-dimensional pre-processing stage, so that the extension can be applied to provide effective compression of multispectral and hyperspectral (3-dimensional) images. The underlying (2-dimensional) compression algorithm is the same.
