Description of Document	This Green Book contains both the concepts and rationale of the “SPP/EPP”. The rationale for one common book is to: a) To provide an overview on the concepts of both the Space Packet and Encapsulation Packet Protocols from a user’s perspective; b) To provide information on how these packet protocols could be used by end users to efficiently develop their mission systems (including onboard instruments and ground support systems); c) To provide use cases on how these packet protocols could be deployed by Mission Operations into space data systems to achieve interoperability amongst multiple agencies (including both onboard and ground infrastructures).
