Description of Document	Orange Book to start activities related to ETSI DVB-S2X standard (released in 2014) in order to prepare a possible introduction in the CCSDS 131.3-B.
Applicable Patents	Patent issues have been identified but appropriate ISO forms have not yet been signed. The WG requests a waiver to begin work on this project. (justify in comments). ISO forms must be secured prior to the first formal Agency review.
Patent Comments	Similar to DVB-S2 (TBC). Currently under investigation at ETSI level, up to now no new patent identified for DVB-S2X with respect to DVB-S2.
