Description of Document	"Space Data Link Security (SDLS) protocol : extended procedures" BB will complement "SDLS core protocol" BB currently being finalized by SDLS WG. It will specify SDLS management functions which are needed to interoperate in non static configuration scenarios : - Security Association (SA) management - Key management including in flight rekeying (OTAR) - Monitoring & control of the on-board SDLS protocol Those functions correspond to protocol development effort build-2 as defined in approved SDLS WG charter.
