Description of Document	The Navigation Hardware Message (NHM) Proposed Standard specifies a standard message format for use in exchanging spacecraft navigation hardware data between space agencies (e.g., star trackers, thrusters, accelerometers, sun sensors, magnetometers, etc.). Such exchanges are used for distributing hardware data output from an agency that receives spacecraft telemetry containing hardware data to other agencies that use spacecraft hardware data to monitor and analyze performance of the hardware and the spacecraft use of the hardware data. The data is used in both orbit determination and attitude determination.
Applicable Patents	There are no patent issues for this technology that are known by the CCSDS community
