Description of Document	The purpose of this message is to warn spacecraft operators of pending close approaches between their spacecraft and another spacecraft or on-orbit debris and to provide sufficient information for satellite operators to use to make decisions regarding whether and how to maneuver their asset in order to avoid collisions in space.
