Description of Document	After the introduction of new codes there is a need for providing guidance to the users about the domain of applicability of all the codes defined in the book. This Magenta book is required to show the coding application profiles for the codes in this and other CCSDS books (e.g. 8PSK-TCM and eventually SCCC and DVB-S2). In particular this Magenta Book will reflect the Agencies agreements of previous CCSDS meetings on this subject.
