Description of Document	Objective of this project is to produce a new TM channel coding blue book for DVB-S2 Codes. This project has been created splitting into 3 projects the original task of adding three new codes with the following areas of applicability : - LDPCC, applicable to science missions - SCCC, applicable to Earth Exploration Satellites (EES) Missions for data rates above 100 Mbaud - DVB-S2 code, applicable to EES Missions for data rates up to 150 Mbaud
Applicable Patents	Patent issues have been identified but appropriate ISO forms have not yet been signed. The WG requests a waiver to begin work on this project. (justify in comments). ISO forms must be secured prior to the first formal Agency review.
