Description of Document	Updates needed to the CSTS Specification Framework (SFW) for supporting Forward Frame CSTS. This is a pink sheet/pink book update project. Per 2018 Spring Meetings and as noted during CESG report to CMC, prototyping for frame work updates will be covered by FF-CSTS prototyping.
