Description of Document	Orbital events describe when and possibly how some situations (generally related to a satellite) occur or have occurred. Orbital events constitute a major data type used in control centers for operations. However, no standard exists yet. The standard to be defined with this project is intended to simplify the exchange of events data between different entities and/or agencies.
