Description of Document
Imagery is required to meet the mission objectives of many space projects and programs. However, limitations in resources related to budget and bandwidth often restrict the quality of imagery delivered to various customers, such as engineering and public affairs. As a result, project managers and chief engineers are challenged with developing appropriate imagery requirements to meet program needs. Verification of these requirements is difficult as video quality assessments have historically been subjective. This document will provide the groundwork for a standard methodology to provide video quality measurements relevant to space applications.
