Description of Document	This document provides a brief overview for a prospective user of the Navigation Data Messages developed by the Working Group (Attitude Data Messages, Orbit Data Messages, Tracking Data Message, Conjunction Data Message, Pointing Request Message, Re-Entry Data Message, etc.). Also included are a brief overview of spacecraft navigation and flight dynamics processes, as well as the definition of terms, definitions, and paradigms applicable to message exchange. A few simple use cases are documented.
