Description of Document

This project is the result of the systematic 5 Year Review of the ODM. Both retirement and reconfirmation were eliminated based on discussions at the Spring 2014 and Fall 2014 meetings. At the London Meetings in Fall 2014 the WG made the decision to revise the document based on presentations of 3 sets of recommended revisions from ESA, NASA, and the ISO TC20/SC14 representing the Space Data Association/Space Data Center.
